How Claiming Works
Step 1
Find your profile
Search your name or your practice's name. Profiles come from the NPPES registry, so yours is probably here already.
Step 2
Claim it
Sign in with your work email and tell us how you're connected to the profile. It's free.
Step 3
We verify you
We confirm every claim with the office, usually by calling the phone number listed in the registry. Most take two business days.
Step 4
Make it yours
Add a bio, languages, telehealth, your website and booking link, and say whether you're taking new patients.

Questions
- Where does my information come from?
- From the NPPES national provider registry, which every provider with an NPI is listed in. We refresh it every week. Name, specialty, license and address changes are made in NPPES (opens in a new tab).
- What happens to appointment requests before I claim?
- We hold them and let your office know a patient asked. We never send a patient to another office without their say-so.
- Can I hide my phone number or address?
- Yes. After you claim your profile you can hide either one.
