Terms of Use
Last updated: October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of Expert Care Near Me. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What is Expert Care Near Me?
A directory of US healthcare providers built from the NPPES national provider registry, with a way to ask an office for an appointment. We are not a healthcare provider and don't give medical advice. A listing is not a recommendation or an endorsement, and we don't check licenses, quality or insurance. Providers are independent; we are not part of any care you receive from them. For a medical emergency, call 911. See our medical information notice.
For Patients
- Searching and requesting appointments is free.
- An appointment request is a request, not a booked appointment. The office decides whether and when it can see you.
- Give accurate contact information, and only request appointments for yourself or someone you care for.
For Providers
- Claiming a profile is free.
- Only claim a profile that is yours, or one you are authorized to manage for your organization. Claiming someone else's profile is grounds for permanent removal.
- What you add to your profile must be accurate and lawful, and you must be allowed to publish it. You give us permission to display it on the site.
- Respond to appointment requests in good faith, and follow the laws that apply to contacting patients, including the TCPA.
- Don't post patient information anywhere on the site.
What isn't allowed?
- Scraping or bulk copying the directory, or collecting provider contact details at scale.
- Automated or fake appointment requests, spam, or anything that interferes with the site.
- Using the site to harass anyone or to break the law.
Listings and Accuracy
Most listing details come from NPPES and are refreshed weekly. They can be out of date or wrong. Call the office to confirm details before you visit. Providers can correct their registry details in NPPES (opens in a new tab). We may change, hide or remove any listing or content.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that a listing is accurate, that an office will respond, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to $100.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You and Expert Care Near Me agree to try to resolve any disagreement first by good-faith discussion and then, if it is unresolved, in the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
Changes and Contact
We will post any change here and update the date above. Questions or notices: legal@expertcarenearme.com.
