Questions
- Does paying change what my profile says?
- No. A plan changes where your profile appears in lists, nothing else. Verified status comes only from claiming and verifying your profile, and it can't be bought. Featured profiles are labeled. How featured placement works.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your account. The plan stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for and then doesn't renew. We don't give partial refunds.
- Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
- Yes. The switch takes effect when your current period renews.
- Is there a free trial?
- No, but the free profile has no time limit, and you can upgrade whenever you like.
- Which plan fits a group practice?
- Practice, on the practice's organization profile. It covers the profiles of providers your account manages at the same street address, so each of them is featured too. Each location is its own plan.
