If you are a provider and want your profile off this site, tell us here. A person confirms it's you, then removes your profile, your name from search and city lists, and your entries in our sitemaps. We don't put it back.

Your federal registry (NPPES) record is public and belongs to the government, so it stays there; we can only remove our copy. Search engines may show the old page for a few weeks until they refresh.
